Snacks are the small joys that keep us energized and happy through out the day. Whether you are studying, working ,traveling or relaxing at home a good snack can instantly lift  your mood. From crunchy to sweet, healthy to  indulgent, snacks come in endless varieties to suit every taste.

Why snacks matter 

snacks are not just seticefying hunger. They help maintain energy level, improve concenaration  and prevent overeating during main meals.

  1. Healthy snacks are youget ,fresh food like bananas, roasted chick peese like that.
  2. Savory snacks are Samosa,  biscuits , popcorn , mixture and murukku.
  3. Sweet snacks are cakes, cookies, chocolates and etc...
 
But my favorite snacks are savory snacks very much.......I like to eat spicy savory snacks very much.😻😻😻
